Abbiamo avuto l’onore di poter usufruire del servizio a domicilio della Chef Tatiana Accarrino a fine Agosto 2026. Nonostante la struttura dove alloggiavamo avesse una cucina poco fornita la Chef ci ha servito una cena eccezionale. Antipasto, primo e secondo tutto a base di pesce fresco con una mis en place fantastica.
La conclusione del pasto, un dolce spettacolare, ha suggellato un’esperienza favolosa.
La Chef è stata scrupolosamente attenta alle nostre necessità, professionale ma empatica allo stesso tempo. Un giusto equilibrio che difficilmente si incontra

Tatiana was a delight! Her food is delicious, healthy & made with love. She was so patient with all of our dietary needs and made sure to accommodate everyone. Her passion for cooking really shows. My name is Gabriela and I worked with chef Tatiana for 3 days, days that were full of joy and professional work…I was the only waiter serving among the chef and it was a pleasure for me to work with her…I learned a lot from her…for example that during the service it doesn’t matter the velocity but the quality of the service…she showed me that
speed and quality can coexist if the love for the dishes and for one’s customers is great. She was kind to me even if I didn’t know how to do some stuff that a waiter should know… and she was so kind to let me try some of her dishes…and it don’t need to be said but that dishes were GREAT.
Tatiana cooked for us on three separate occasions from a big family dinner to an couples dinner for a special occasion – each one had a fabulous menu but beyond the food Tatiana and Edoardo set the scene for a special dinner.
We are incredibly grateful to Tatiana and Edoardo for everything they did to make our stay so special. For 15 days, they spoiled us with delicious breakfasts and dinners, prepared with so much care and passion.
Their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home from the very first day. More than just serving wonderful meals, they created an atmosphere that was welcoming, relaxed, and unforgettable.
They played a big part in making our holiday so memorable, and we leave with beautiful memories, grateful hearts, and a deep appreciation for both of them.
