This experience was made even more memorable when we were introduced to Tatiana, our professional chef, who prepared and served two outstanding dinners as well as breakfast over six mornings.

From the very beginning, her warmth, professionalism, and genuine passion for cooking were evident. Every meal was beautifully presented and prepared with exceptional attention to detail, using fresh, high-quality ingredients. The flavours were outstanding, and each dish reflected both creativity and a deep respect for Italian & Marche culinary traditions.

Tatiana was accompanied by her son, Eduardo, who provided impeccable table service throughout the dinners. Together, they made a wonderful team, creating a warm, elegant, and relaxed dining experience that made every evening feel truly special. They even surprised us by creating a beautiful video capturing the unforgettable moments from our dinners—a thoughtful gesture that gave us memories we will treasure for years to come.

Their attention to detail extended far beyond the food and service. After every meal, the kitchen and dining area were cleaned to perfection. It was almost impossible to tell they had been there, leaving everything spotless and immaculate. Their professionalism, efficiency, and pride in their work were remarkable.

Tatiana and her son played a significant part in making our 40th birthday celebration so special, and we are incredibly grateful for the unforgettable culinary experiences they created for us. I was very nervous as to having made the Birthday Dinner reservation via a platform and not beeing able to discuss details directly with the chef. I felt instantly a big relief when Tatiana arrived to our villa. The way she presented herself, very professional and the care for our party, felt good. Chef Tatiana was an absolute pleasure of a host! We booked for a full day, started off with breakfast spread for a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children aged between 7 and 11 years old), lunch (including a pasta making class for 6 of us) and finally a private dining for 8 of us.

The pasta making class was with 3 adults and 3 children and we all very much enjoyed it, very much worth the service.

The menu options were fantastic, we opted for the Marche Traditional menu. The food tasted great, Chef Tatiana was very professional, warm and a wonderful host.

Chef Tatiana took over the kitchen the day, left it all tidy and clean and we didn’t feel like she encroached our space at all.

I would definitely recommend her for any private event.
