Tatiana prepared dinner for our family of 12 to celebrate an 80th birthday and our last night of holiday in Le Marche. She did an amazing job with the preparation, presentation, and of course the food. She also helped to recommend specific wines based on our menu. Even the children’s menus were amazing and delicious.

We did a private pasta cooking class with Tatiana. It was a dream!! She prepared the starter with so much love and perfection. Tatiana truly brought the evening to life and filled it with love, and we are endlessly grateful to her for this event! Hiring Chef Tatiana was the best choice we made our entire trip! We enjoyed her culinary services two nights during our week and each night was absolutely perfect. Chef Tatiana is extremely kind, welcoming, and made us feel at home. Her cooking is delicious and our entire group enjoyed all her meals, even our pickiest eaters! We celebrated a birthday one evening, and Chef Tatiana made the night extra special with the table decor, surprise gifts and her attention to detail to very small details.

They even surprised us by creating a beautiful video capturing the unforgettable moments from our dinners—a thoughtful gesture that gave us memories we will treasure for years to come.

Their attention to detail extended far beyond the food and service. After every meal, the kitchen and dining area were cleaned to perfection. It was almost impossible to tell they had been there, leaving everything spotless and immaculate. Their professionalism, efficiency, and pride in their work were remarkable.

I was very nervous as to having made the Birthday Dinner reservation via a platform and not beeing able to discuss details directly with the chef. I felt instantly a big relief when Tatiana arrived to our villa. The way she presented herself, very professional and the care for our party, felt good.
