Our dinner with Tatiana was a memorable highlight of our time in Umbria. The pasta making lesson was fun and informative and the dinner she prepared for us was delicious and very much enjoyed by all. From start to finish the whole experience was great; it was so well organised and I would absolutely recommend Tatiana’s services.

Tatiana took such great care of us for a wonderful family meal at our villa in rural Umbria. She and her waiter drove 2.5hrs and were completely prepared. She was so kind and happy to share the history and details of every dish and ingredient. She even brought an extra selection of wines and delicacies from her home region for us to sample and purchase after the meal which we happily did. The food was excellent and she even boxed up the leftovers which we ate for dinner the following night. The meal was excellent for a couple “foodie” adults and 4 children age 5-14. Everyone was happy. Tatiana stayed late to clean up everything, we didn’t have to do a thing but sit back and enjoy. Highly recommend!

We hired Taty for the second time for group of fifteen consisting of adults and kids for the whole week. It was again amazing with food, ambiance and Taty’s presense the whole time. The dishes varied from pasta to beautiful sharing plates, mixed grill with delicious sides. We also enjoyed breakfast serving this time around. We are greatful of the service and we will meet again.

I would highly recommend Tatiana. She came out to remote Umbria to cook a sumptuous feast for my family to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday. The table was beautifully made, the food was exquisite and the entire experience was just a delight. It was so much better than going to a restaurant, because at the end of it all, you’re already at home! The kitchen was left spotless and we even had a few leftovers in the fridge afterwards. The process of creating the menu was extremely straightforward, Tatiana is very responsive and helpful; her communication is just perfect.
